How long is the call?
A 30 to 45 minute phone call. Sometimes it’s shorter, sometimes longer. We can always schedule an additional meeting if we don’t have enough time.
Do I need to come prepared?
No. We’ll review your site and marketing before the call so we can get straight to strategy. If you have a specific project in mind, share it in the booking notes. If you don’t, that’s fine too. We help clarify it together.
What if I'm not ready to commit to anything?
We listen first. No pressure. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and point you toward who is.
What happens after the call?
Within one business day, you’ll get a custom strategy proposal. It’s a detailed visual outline of the entire engine and the vision, including a recorded walkthrough of the recommended system, scope, pricing options, and similar work we’ve done. Take your time with it. Reply when you’re ready.
What if I just want to do one video?
Totally fine. We highly recommend building an engine and a system that works long term, but if one video makes the most sense right now, we can start with that. Often what we’ll do is film extra content during the same shoot. So when you’re ready to build the rest of the engine, the content is already planned and captured. We just edit it later. It’s a more cost-effective way to phase the work over time instead of doing multiple separate projects.
What if my budget is small?
If we’re not the right partner for where you’re at, we’ll point you toward someone who is, or share suggestions that fit better.
Do you only work with companies in Austin?
No. Austin is our home base, but we travel regularly to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Fort Worth. We have remote teams in all major Texas cities. We’ve also taken projects across the country and internationally when our clients need us.
